$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow \log \left(\frac{x}{m}\right)=\log k+\log \left(P^{\frac{2}{3}}\right) \\ \Rightarrow \frac{x}{m}=k\times P^{\frac{2}{3}} \end{gathered}$$

After comparing the above equation with the given equation, we get,
