Solution

The correct option is A

x-3=y-14=z-23

Explanation of the correct option:

Given: x-12=y+13=z-1-2

Let x-12=y+13=z-1-2=λ

Any point on the line 2λ+1,3λ-1,-2λ+1

Direction ratio of given line d1=2,3,-2

Direction ratio of the line to be found d2=2λ+1-0,3λ-1-1,-2λ+1-2=(2λ+1,3λ-2,-2λ-1)

Since, d1.d2=0

4λ+2+9λ-6+4λ+2=0

17λ-2=0

λ=217

Therefore,

d2=2217+1,3217-2,-2217-1d2=2117,-2817,-2117d2=-3,4,3

Therefore the equation of the line is x-3=y-14=z-23.

Hence, Option A is the correct answer.
