The system of linear equation can be represented as AX=B

Where X=xyz,B=000,A=λ-13λ+12λλ-14λ-3λ+323λ+13λ-1

A=λ-13λ+12λλ-14λ-3λ+323λ+13λ-1=0R2R2-R1R3R3-R1λ-13λ+12λ0λ-3-λ+33-λ0λ-1=0C1C1+C33λ-13λ+12λ-λ+3λ-3-λ+300λ-3=0λ-33λ-1λ-3-3λ+1-λ+3=0λ-33λ2-10λ+3+3λ2-8λ-3=0λ-36λ2-18λ=06λλ-3λ-3=0

Therefore λ=0,3

So the sum of the value of λ=0+3=3

Hence the sum of the distinct value of λ for which the given system of linear equations has no solution is 3.
