Function of the heart:

1. The function of the heart is to circulate blood throughout the body.
2. Blood contains all essential nutrients of living being.
3. Each cell got all essential nutrients through blood which is pumped by heart.
4. So, without it, no one can live.
5. In serious heart failure patients, a total artificial heart saves the life, but a transplant is necessary.
6. So without heart, survival is not possible.
