Blood type:

  1. Blood grouping can be done on the basis of the presence of antigens and Rhesus factors.
  2. In humans, blood types are mainly of four types- A, B, AB. and O.

Ageing and blood type changes:

  1. Blood type generally does not change during lifespan.
  2. However, in some cases, blood type can change because of some disorders like autoimmune diseases and cancers.
  3. Disorders can happen at any age. So in respect of age, blood type change is irrelevant.
