Solution
Chlorenchyma :
Parenchyma cells containing chloroplasts are collectively termed chlorenchyma in plants.
It takes part in photosynthesis.
Chlorenchyma tissue does not help the plant to float in water,
A special type of parenchyma tissue called aerenchyma helps plants to float in water. It is present in aquatic and some land plants.
Aerenchyma forms a spongy tissue that consists of air providing buoyancy to the floating plants.
Example- Hydrilla, lotus, Ceratophyllum, Vallisneria, Eichhornia, etc.
