Solution

Definition:
Calorific value is the amount of heat energy present in a food or fuel and is determined by the complete combustion of the specified amount under constant pressure and normal conditions.
Food Energy Values:
Fats have higher energy values compared to carbohydrates, proteins, alcohols, fibers, and other biomolecules involved in the maintenance and metabolic processes.
Total calorific value = Net calorific value + 584 (9 x H2% + M%) / 100) = For food
Fuel calorific value:
A detailed list of fuels and their calorific value is as follows:
LPG has a higher calorific value than diesel, gasoline, and kerosene.
C * (% C / 100) + S * (% S / 100) + H * 2 * (% H / 2) [2 * (%) O / 32)] / 100 = For fuel
