Nausea:

  1. Feeling nauseous at night time can happen due to many causes.
  2. For example, anxiety, medication side effects, peptic ulcers, and pregnancy can lead to nausea.
  3. To reduce nausea at night we can prop our heads up rather than lying flat on the bed.
  4. If our head stays 12 inches above our feet then it helps in keeping food or acid moving up through the esophagus.
  5. Sleeping on the left side also increases digestion and reduces nausea.
