Isogametes are one of the types of gametes which is produced during sexual reproduction.
These types of gametes have similar morphology i.e. having gametes the same in size and shape.
In these types, male and female gametes cannot be differentiated morphologically.
Examples of organisms producing isogametes are cladophora, spirogyra, and ulothrix.
