  2. It uses water-based mineral nutrient solutions to grow crops.
  3. The nutrients used in hydroponics are fish excrement, duck manure, and chemical fertilizers.

Components of hydroponics:

  1. It requires a growing medium that involves an inert medium that supports the plant and anchors the root.
  2. Net pots are required to hold the plants together so that they can outgrow from the sides to get nutrients and oxygen and also to provide drainage.
  3. Aim pumps and air stones are used to scatter the air bubbles throughout the reservoir.
