  1. The full thickened burn where the burnt skin will not produce any blisters or look wet because the outer epidermis and the dermis are burnt is known as third-degree burn.
  2. Third-degree burns extend into dermis and epidermis.
  3. It destroys tissues and affect the sensory function and nerve endings.
  4. These are adverse and appear black or red or white.
  5. Third-degree burns require medical attention and heal gradually.
