  1. The cerebrum is referred as the largest part of the brain.
  2. It consists of cerebral cortex and other subcortical structures.
  3. It is formed by two cerebral hemispheres which are joined together by heavy, dense bands of fiber known as the corpus callosum.
  4. The cerebrum perform the function of thinking, consciousness, intelligence, and memory.
  5. It also interprets touch, hearing and vision.
