Reflex:

The sudden and spontaneous response to an unannounced stimulus that is conveyed by the spinal cord is termed a reflex.

Natural reflex:

1. The type of reflex that does not require any experience or knowledge.
2. This type of action is also called inborn reflex as they are passed from one generation to the next generation.

Examples of Natural reflex action:

1. Blinking eyes, coughing, and sneezing are protective reflexes.
2. Salivation and Swallowing are functional reflexes.
