Symptoms of a leaky gut:

  1. A burning feeling in your bowel.
  2. Painful dyspepsia from damage to the intestinal mucosa.
  3. Diarrhea.
  4. Gas and bloating from fermentation by overgrowth bacteria in your gut.
  5. Less energy from your reduced ability to draw energy from your food.
