  3. Concatemers are lengthy DNA strands that are made up of numerous units that are all aligned in the same direction.
  4. Concatemers are cleaved in such a way during assembly that the genome is longer than the T4 gene set. As a result, the genetic map is drawn in a circular pattern, as T4 DNA is modified in a circular pattern.
