  4. In some cnidarians like Aurelia polyp give rise to medusa asexually and medusa gives rise to polyp sexually this process is called metagenesis or alteration of generation.
  5. Cnidarians are radially symmetrical, animals found in aquatic habitats.
  6. Their common names are sea anemones, jellyfish, corals, and hydras.
