Decomposer food chain:

  1. Producer: green plants are the producers of the decomposer food chain.
  2. Primary consumer: small insects and decomposers are the primary consumers of green plants, which feed on the dead remains of green plants.
  3. Secondary consumer: small fishes consume primary consumers as food.
  4. Tertiary consumer: Large carnivorous fishes consume secondary consumers as food.
