The correct option is D 0.83
$$\pi_{NaCl}=\pi_{urea}=n \times \dfrac{1}{V} \times RT$$
$$\pi=\dfrac{n}{V} \times RT$$
$$i \times 0.1 \times RT=\dfrac{1.1}{60 \times 0.1} \times RT$$
$$i=1.83$$

$$\alpha=\dfrac{i-1}{n-1}=\dfrac{1.83-1}{2-1}=0.83$$

$$\alpha=0.83$$
