The reaction occuring is :

CH3NH20.10.02+HCl0.080CH3NH+3Cl00.08
Thus, the reaction mixture contains unreacted methylamine and its hydrochloride salt.

The expression for the hydroxide ion concentration is [OH]=Kb×[Base][Conjugate acid]

Substitute values in the above expression.

[OH]=5×104×0.020.08=1.25×104
