Solution

The correct option is A methyl orange
0.1 N solution of sodium carbonate is titrated with 0.1 N solution of sulphuric acid. The best indicator to be used for this titration is methyl orange.

Methyl orange indicator has pH range of 3.0 to 4.4. It is used for the titration of strong acid against a strong or weak base.

In acid solution, methyl orange gives red colour and in basic solution, it gives yellow colour.
