Solution

The correct option is C 20
Given: Mass of Metal Hydride MH is 0.84 gm
Mass of hydrogen is 0.04gm.

Solution:
Mass of Metal = Mass of MH - Mass of Hydrogen = 0.84 - 0.04 gm
Mass of Metal = 0.80gm

Now, Equivalent wt. of a substance is defined as the weight of the substance which reacts with 1gm of Hydrogen.

Since 0.04 gm Hydrogen reacts with 0.80 gm of metal to from MH.
Therefore, for 1gm of Hydrogen = 0.80gm0.04gm = 20

So, the Correct OPT : C
