Solution

The correct option is A True
By definition,
A polynomial is an expression which is formed by constants and variables with or without coefficients, involving the algebraic operators only, such as addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (x), and variables having non-negative integer power.

The general term of polynomial is written as,
anxn+a(n1)x(n1)+a(n2)x(n2)......+a2x2+a1x1+a0

If all the coefficients in the above expression are zero then polynomial reduces to zero.
i.e.,an=a(n1)=a(n2)......=a2=a1=a0=0
This is known as zero polynomial.
