solve thé following

1/5x+1/6y=12
taking lcm of 5&6 which equals to 30
6x+5y=12×30
6x+5y=360..........(1)
for equation second
1/3x-3/7y=8
taking lcm of 3&7which equals to 21
7x-9y=8×21
7x-9y=168.......(2
by using equation 1
x=360-5y/6
putting the value of x in 2
7(360-5y)/6-9y=168
2520-35y/6-9y=168
2520-35y-54y=168*6
2520-89y=1008
3528=89y
y=3528/89
y=39.64
by equation first
x=29.96
