This two ratios are eqaul so we can write,
( (1/9) / (x) ) = ( (1/3) / (1/4) )
from this, taking x to numerator by rearranging,

x = ((1/4)(1/9)) / (1/3)

x = (1/36) / (1/3)

x = 3/36 = 1/12.

X = 1/12
