(1) Gravitational force

(2) Frictional force due to air

(2) Name the forces acting on a plastic bucket containing water held above ground level in your hand

In this case two force will act

(1) Gravitational force

(2) Muscular force

These two forces are equal and opposite as the bucket does not move.
