Solution

Dear student,

1=

Monsoon is defined as a seasonal change in the direction of the strongest prevailing wind. In India during summers monsoons bring rainfall and humidity and hence seasonal change. Strong or weak monsoons has their own effect and influence the climate, economy and life of people.

2=
Cyclonic storm weaken over land because their source of energy is evaporation from warm ocean. On reaching land, the storm lacks the the moisture and heat sources that the ocean provided.

Cyclonic storms travel thousands of miles before reaching land, weakening with each mile. If the storm again goes off of the coast onto warmer water, the storm can regenerate also.
