The correct option is C 0.6L CO2 and 0.8L CO
CO2+C2CO

1 litre of CO21 mole of coke2 litres of CO.

Let x litres of CO2 reacts to form 2x litres of CO

V(mixture)=V(new CO2)+V(CO)=1.4L

V(new CO2)=V(initial CO2)V(reacted CO2)

VCO=2x

V(new CO2)=1.4VCO

(1x)=1.42x

2xx=0.4

x=0.4L

New volume of CO2=1x=10.4

=0.6 L of CO2

& Volume of CO= 2x=2×0.4=0.8 L of CO
