$93$ ml buffer solution of $p H = 4.5$
We know that;
$p H = p K a + l o g \frac{(s a l t)}{(a c i d)}$
$4.5 = 4.2 + l o g \frac{(s a l t)}{(a c i d)}$
also $\frac{(s a l t)}{(a c i d)} =$ antilog $0.3 = 2$
$= \frac{93 - v}{v} = 2$
$\Rightarrow 46.5$ .
