The correct option is C There is one book between English and Science books.
Since it is given that the History book is exactly above Civics, Geography is fourth from the bottom, English is fifth from the top and there are two books between Civics and Economics. Also there are 2 books between Civics and Economics.
So, we have the sequence in the order
--------- History Civics Geography English Economics ---------
Then to determine the number of books available between Civics and Science, only one extra information we need and that is option C.
Which means Civics is the at the bottom of the pile.
Hence C is required to answer this question.
