Solution

Dear Student, a) The base sequence of its complementary strand - ATCGTACTA b) These base pairs are held together by hydrogen bond in a DNA molecule. c) The base complementary rule states that in a standard DNA molecule, thymine can only be paired up with adenine by a double hydrogen bond and vice versa and cytosine can only be paired with guanine by a triple hydrogen bond and vice versa. The base complementary rule was given by Erwin Chargaff. Regards.
