As you know sum of two adjacent angles of a parallelogram is ${180}^{\circ }$.
Since, their ratio is $3:2$
So,$3x+2x={180}^{\circ }$
So, $5x={180}^{\circ }$
$\therefore x={36}^{\circ }$
The angles are $3x=3\times {36}^{\circ }={108}^{\circ }$
and $2x=2\times {36}^{\circ }={72}^{\circ }$
