Let Sandhya's weight = x
and Ragini's weight = y
we are told that Sandhya's weight = Ragini's weight
x = y
now the question says that they had lose 8 kg
then, the current weight of both the girls - 8
so x - 8 and y - 8
​in order to compare the equation will be
x - 8 = y - 8
we know that x = y
substituting y with x
x - 8 = x - 8
So the Euclid's Axiom for this Equation is as follows
When equals are subtracted by equals then the remainders are equal .
