(0.01×5)×100N×100 ...(i)
In basic medium: mEq. of KMnO4 mEq. of H2O2
[MnO4OHstrongMnO24]
(0.01×1)×V=N×100 .....(ii)
From equations (i) and (ii), we get
(0.01×1)×V(0.01×5)×100V=500 mL.
