Only 97% of oxygen is transported by haemoglobin, rest 3% is dissolved in plasma. Although 15 X 1.34 gives a value of 20.1 ml of oxygen, we must remember that only 97% of the total oxygen is combined with haemoglobin and the 97% of 20.1 is 19.4. Thus, the correct answer is option A
