The correct option is B High boiling azeotrope
Volume of A=100 ml ; Volume of B=50 ml.

Ideal solution =100+50=150 ml
Non ideal =138 ml

ΔVmix=138150=12<0

This condition occurs when the vapour pressure of the solution is lesser then it should be.
Since the vapour pressure of the solution is lesser, therefore, the solution boils at a higher temperature.

Hence, option B is correct.
