As we know,
$\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}} = \sqrt{\frac{d_{2}}{d_{1}}} = \sqrt{\frac{M_{2}}{M_{1}}}$

$\frac{127}{100} = \sqrt{\frac{71}{M_{1}}}$

$∴ M_{1} = 43.58$

So, the nearest integer is 44
