Area covered by Goat = $\mathrm{\pi }\times$r ( here we divide by 4 because rope is tied at the corner of the plot and only 1/4 part , the goat can graze
where r= 7 m = length of rope

so area = (22/7)$\times$7$\times$7/4 = 38.5 sq m
