i) Micro organisms from unwashed hands can be transferred to the surfaces that we come in contact. If we wash our hands regularly we can prevent the diseases that spread through touch like chickenpox, diarrhea etc.

ii) It is necessary to wash hands before and after we have a meal. It is also necessary to wash hands after we use the bathroom. It would be more ideal to keep our hands free of dirt after we touch any unclean surface.
