volume of water left= volume of box-volume of spheres

volume of box $=16\times 8\times 8=1024c{m}^3$

volume of 16 sphere$=\frac{4}{3}\times 16\times 8\times \frac{22}{7}=\frac{11264}{21}c{m}^3$

volume of water $=1024-\frac{11264}{21}$

$=\frac{21504-11264}{21}$

$=\frac{10240}{21}=487.6c{m}^3$
