Total price kerosine $=12\times 16=Rs192$
Total price of Petrol $=33\times 5=Rs165$
Total price of mix $=192+165=357$
Total mix of petrol and kerosine $=16+5=21$
$\therefore Avgpriceofmix=\frac{357}{21}=Rs17$
