∴16M≡24W
⇒2M=3W (devide both sides by 8)
⇒20M=30W (Multiply both sides by 10)
∵20M≡30W
∴ total number of people to complete the work
20 men+30women
=30 women+30 women
=60 women
∵24 women can do a piece of work in 20 days.
∴ Let 60 women can do a piece of work in x days.
∴24×20=60×x
⟹x=24×2060=8 days.
