Now to do the estimation we need to estimate 170.25 and 9.89 to nearest natural number.

For estimation to nearest natural number we look at tenths place and follow the estimation rule
Rule: If the digit is 5 or greater than 5 we round up, if the digit is less than 5 we round down.

170.25 has 2 at tenths place, it rounds down to 170
Similary,
9.89 has 8 at tenths place, it rounds up to 10

Estimated number of dresses =17010=17
