For Row 1 of numbers
As an odd number is followed by an odd number, the numbers are to be subtracted i.e. 19-15=4
As an even number 4 is followed by an even number , then they are to be multiplied i.e 4 multiplied by 12=48
For Row 2 of numbers
As an odd number is followed by an even number , then they are to be added i.e 15+12=27
This odd number is followed by a two digit odd number 23, then the second is to be subtracted from first i.e. 27-23=4
This even number is followed by a perfect square, then the second number is to be divided by first=16/4=4
Resultant of second set of numbers is subtracted from first i.e. 48-4=44
Answer is Option C.
