In making decisions about important questions, it is desirable to be able to distinguish between ‘strong; arguments and ‘weak’ arguments. ‘Strong’ arguments are those which are both important and directly related to the question. ‘Weak’ arguments are those which are of minor importance and also may not be directly related to the question or may be related to a trivial aspect of the question.
Each question below is followed by two arguments numbered I and II. You have to choose strong argument(s).
Statement: Should Central Government open will-equipped hospitals for every sub-division of every district?
Arguments:
1. Yes. Health and well-being of every citizen is the primary responsibility of the government.
2. No. It is not possible. Society must come forward to help government.

The correct option is A Only 1 is strong
Health care services must be looked after by the Government and opening well-equipped hospitals in every area would surely provide better health services to the citizens. So, argument I is valid. Also it is not and impractical task and can be achieved by the Government. So, argument II is vague.
