The correct option is C 9
Amount of water poured into the container each minute = 200 mL
Amount of water drawn out from the container after each minute = 100 mL
Amount of water in the container after 1 min = 200 - 100
= 100 mL
So, the amount of water in the container after 8 min = 800 mL
Now, as soon as next 200 mL water is poured in the container it will be filled.
So, the minimum amount of time that it will take to fill up the container = 8 + 1
= 9 min.
