(a) the kinetic energy of the body.

$$\begin{gathered} P=mv \\ 3000=50v \\ v=\frac{3000}{50}=150m/s \\ K.E.=\frac{1}{2}m{v}^2=\frac{1}{2}\times 50\times 150\times 150=562500J \end{gathered}$$
