Solution

The correct option is A 20
Balanced equation for decomposition of H2O2

2H2O22H2O+O2

2mol H2O2 will produce 1 mol O2

At STP 1 mol O2 has volume = 22.4L

At STP 1.68L of O2 = 1.68/22.4 = 0.075 mol O2

Therefore the solution contained 0.075×2=0.15 mol H2O2

Molar mass H2O2=34g/mol

Mass of H2O2 decomposed =0.15×34=5.1 g H2O2 in 25.5g solution

100g solution contains : 100/25.5×5.1=20

The original solution contains 20

Hence, the correct option is C
