The balanced reaction is as follows:
2MnO4+5H2O2+6H+2Mn2++5O2+8H2O

Initial moles 0.01 0.0125
After completion 0.005 - 0.0125

Here, H2O2 is the limiting agent and it is consumed completely.
So, 0.005 mol of KMnO4 does not react with H2O2 and is left unreacted.
O2 evolved =0.0125×32=0.4 g.
