$(27.36 \div 0.9) + (24.48 \div 0.8)$

$27.36 \div 0.9 = \frac{27.36}{0.9}$

Multiplying both numerator and denominator by 10; we have

= $\frac{27.36 \times 10}{0.9 \times 10} = \frac{273.6}{9} = 30.4$
