Open in App
Solution

let the first part be x,
second part=28-x

6/5x=2/3(28-x)
6x/5=(56-2x)/3
6x*3=5(56-2x)
18x=280-10x
28x=280
x=10

first part=10
second part =18
so the smallest part is equal to 10.
